Salary: £50k - £60k (dependent upon experience)

MKJ Ignite is working with a FMCG Health and Wellness brand that has recently closed a pre-seed round and is seeking a Digital Growth Manager. The role focuses on achieving ambitious growth targets through digital channels, primarily Paid Media, Website, and CRM.

Requirements:

• Performance/Growth Marketing experience for a FMCG Challenger brand
• Experience with DTC and Subscription models is ideal
• Proven hands-on experience with paid media (Meta/Google)
• Strong technical skills with platforms such as Shopify & Klaviyo
• Start-up experience is preferable
• Passion for Health and Wellness is a plus

• Salary from £50k - £60k, depending on experience
