Job summary

Baltic Apprenticeships is seeking a Communications Executive to own and drive Baltic’s communications across social, email, and internal channels from day one. You’ll shape content, timelines and tone, ensuring consistency with the Baltic brand while collaborating across a fast-moving marketing team.

You’ll manage social content calendars, craft campaigns, and activate partnerships to maximise visibility and value.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing, communications or content
• Excellent written English and tone adaptation across channels
• Experience growing engagement across social and/or email
• Strong organisational skills with multiple priorities
• Confident copywriter with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Baltic’s social media calendar across relevant channels
• Plan, produce, schedule and publish social content aligned with Baltic’s brand and strategy
• Adapt campaign content into engaging social formats
• Grow audience reach and engagement through testing and optimisation
• Develop email content, subject lines and testing variations
• Coordinate copy and creative production to ensure campaigns are delivered on time
