Job summary

Kia UK invites applications for a Brand Communications Intern at our Walton-on-Thames head office. The role supports the Brand Communications team and helps drive national and dealer marketing activities while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced automotive environment.

You will work with cross-functional teams, contribute to campaigns, and learn how we measure performance to inform leadership and strategy. This internship offers hybrid working and exposure to a forward-looking brand.

Qualifications

• Studying a relevant degree (e.g. Business or Marketing).
• Able to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Proactive and eager to develop knowledge and skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact for the Brand Communications team and agency partners.
• Assist in creating national and dealer marketing communications across TV, radio, cinema, outdoor, digital and social.
• Support campaigns for new model launches and quarterly sales programmes.
• Lead on performance reporting, gathering insights for senior leadership.
• Assist with budgeting and reconciling marketing activity.
• Liaise with Web, CRM, Events, Fleet and Product teams and agencies to ensure consistency.
