Job summary

Kia UK is seeking a Brand Communications Intern to support the Brand Communications team and help drive the growth of the business. You will assist in creating national and dealer marketing materials, support launch campaigns and quarterly sales programmes, and help with reporting and budget reconciliation.

The role offers hands-on experience across cross-functional teams, with a focus on developing professional skills in a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Studying a relevant degree (e.g. Business or Marketing).
• Able to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Proactive and open to developing knowledge and skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as central point of contact for Brand Communications.
• Contribute to the creation of national and dealer marketing materials.
• Support launch campaigns and quarterly sales programmes.
• Lead performance reporting with stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Assist with managing large budgets and reconciling activity.
• Liaise with Web, CRM, Events, Fleet and Product teams to ensure outputs.
