Job summary

Glite Tech, a London-based startup, is seeking an ambitious Brand Manager to own the Glite brand and establish it as a leading AI-powered language learning consumer brand.

You will work with the CMO to develop and execute brand strategy across channels, ensuring a distinctive, premium brand experience. This role blends strategy, creativity and hands-on execution in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Brand Marketing or Brand Management.
• Proven consumer brand growth experience.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Glite brand strategy across customer touchpoints.
• Identify, develop and launch brand initiatives to increase awareness and drive growth.
• Lead brand initiatives across social media, SEO, AI Search, PR and partnerships.
• Own the Glite website and digital brand experience, improving messaging and UX.
• Manage external agencies, freelancers and partners to deliver campaigns.
• Collaborate with Product, Design and Marketing to ensure cohesive launches.
• Measure brand performance and present recommendations to leadership team.
