Job summary

You will greet customers, process transactions, support stock replenishment and contribute to loyalty programmes and gifting to uphold our standards of presentation and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within a retail organisation is preferable.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with results focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers.
• Process transactions accurately at the till.
• Assist with deliveries, stock replenishment and shelf presentation.
• Support loyalty programme and gifting to uphold brand standards.
