Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking an outgoing, community-minded Business Development & Brand Ambassador to generate qualified opportunities for kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects. You will represent our company at home shows, farmers markets, trade shows, and community events, connecting with homeowners, pre-qualifying projects, and scheduling design consultations for the sales team.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, networking, appointment setting, community outreach, field marketing, or consultative sales.
• Friendly, confident, and professional communication skills.
• Ability to start conversations and build trust with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Generate remodeling leads through community events, networking, referrals, local businesses, and outreach.
• Speak with homeowners about kitchen and bathroom remodeling goals.
• Pre-qualify prospective clients using a company questionnaire.
• Schedule qualified homeowners for initial design consultations.
• Enter appointments and lead details into the CRM.
• Notify the sales team when qualified appointments are scheduled.
• Represent the company at home shows, farmers markets, trade shows, and events.
• Support pre-event, live-event, and post-event social media promotion.
