Job Description:

This role will focus on managing and promoting the Aspire brand within the UK market. You will visit stores to establish, maintain and build strong relationships, offering insight and advice when needed on new products and establishing a connection with purchasing if required.

Conduct promotional events and activities to drive brand awareness, connecting with stores to promote our range of products with your help and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Store Visits: Manage your area, planning regular visits to vape shops and similar retailers. Your main goal is to build and maintain strong relationships with these stores, further developing their confidence in the Aspire brand. You should always be looking for ways for Aspire to increase display prominence in store, feeding back any POS or display requirements you may need.

• Building strong relationships with key decision-makers, using your powers of persuasion to increase product visibility in stores using point of sale merchandise

• Product Demonstrations: Demonstrate and educate stores and their customers about the Aspire brand and the current product line. You will become an expert in all things Aspire, providing expertise on our products.

• Surveys & Market Insights: Complete surveys in store, about both Aspire products and others. Monitor trends within your area, reporting information back to us to help us understand the market. Provide feedback and ideas to help us develop new products for the UK market.

• Marketing Events: Identify opportunities to plan and execute in-store events to raise brand awareness within your area. You may also be required to represent the brand at trade shows/exhibitions.

• Work Location: On the road - Willingness to travel

Skills and Experience:

• Vape industry experience 1 year (essential)

• Marketing or sales background (preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Confidence in presenting and demonstrating products and their key features

• Ability to build rapport and relationships with new and existing customers

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Full UK Drivers Licence and own car (required)
