Brand Activation Manager - Craft Beer Brewery - London - Up to A£35k + Bonus + Travel

My client is an established Brewery with over 20 years of brewing history. This well-known brand is growing steadily and boasts a passionate, driven craft beer team eager to expand with enthusiastic, like-minded individuals.

They are seeking a Brand Activation Manager with a passion for craft and cask beers. The role involves driving sales growth, managing brand activations, and training teams on product knowledge.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, ambitious individual interested in business growth, personal development, and daily challenges.

Brand Activation Manager Responsibilities
  1. Driving sales in line with business plans and growth strategies, leveraging a strong network of contacts.
  2. Managing events, activations, marketing, and promotional activities for the brand.
  3. Supporting and directing marketing, PR, and event initiatives as needed.
  4. Achieving a strong conversion rate on sales and business development.
  5. Following up on customer care and client retention, alongside providing business support.
  6. Increasing brand exposure through new product launches and awareness campaigns.
  7. Remote working around London.
Ideal Candidate
  1. Previous experience in a similar role within the drinks industry, with a proven sales and activation track record.
  2. Understanding of current market trends and sales opportunities.
  3. Passion for the drinks industry and keeping up-to-date with news and trends.
  4. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
  5. Proven negotiation skills and a strong network of contacts.
  6. Confident, ambitious, and self-motivated to succeed.
