Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth and efficient running of daily operations.
• Lead and oversee the activities of warehouse, telesales, and delivery teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery, maintaining high quality standards.
• Create a warm, supportive environment for the team and customers.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to keep inventory accurate.
• Manage and motivate staff to meet performance targets.
• Provide clear direction, delegate tasks, and monitor team productivity.
• Resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and food handling standards.
