ROLE:

Trade Branch Supervisor

HOURS:

44 per Week - Permanent Role

SALARY:

£28,740 basic salary per year

BONUS/OTE:

Potential total earnings of up to £33,540 per year

What Our Trade Branch Supervisors Do

• Lead by example, working closely with the Branch Manager in daily operations
• Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers
• Ensure customer service, operational standards, and sales targets are met
• Support sales delivery and develop positive customer relationships
• Assist with branch operations and support colleagues
• Help ensure team completes actions on time and fully
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, policies, and procedures
• Undertake stocktakes and audits
• Maintain vehicle maintenance records
• Maintain branch housekeeping and front-of-house standards

What We Need From Our Trade Branch Supervisors

• Passion and energy for delivering excellent customer service and achieving targets
• Customer-focused, confident, and proactive in engaging with customers
• Commercial mindset to drive sales and margins
• Good organizational skills and initiative
• Confident IT skills, including MS Office and industry software like SAP
• Full valid driving license; FLT license is a plus
• Ability to cover for the Branch Manager when needed
• Experience in stocktaking, retail, builders merchant, glazing, or uPVC sectors is advantageous
• Comfortable working independently and in small teams
