Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales, trade counter or branch operations.
• Proven ability to generate sales through both inbound and outbound activity.

• Ability to work independently and manage the branch in the Branch Manager's absence.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager with day-to-day branch operations and service standards.
• Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and follow-up on quotes.
• Handle inbound sales enquiries by phone, email, and in person, and support trade counter operations.
• Process customer orders accurately and maintain high housekeeping and safety standards.
• Represent the Company professionally and carry out any other duties as requested.
