Responsibilities

• Relationship Builder: you’ll develop friendly, professional rapport over the phone and via email to ensure customers keep coming back.
• Sales Specialist: you’ll handle customer enquiries with speed and accuracy, identifying new accounts and proactively upselling solutions.
• Order Champion: you’ll coordinate with the wider branch team and suppliers to ensure orders are delivered on time and in full.
• Face of the Branch: you’ll be involved in face-to-face customer service on our busy trade counter.
• Safety First: you’ll champion our safety culture across every element of the role.
