Joining our friendly and hardworking family as a Branch Sales Assistant - Flexible Hours, Kidderminster, you'll be on the front line dealing with our customers that come into our branch. As part of the branch team, you will play a vital role in our continued success, providing a first-class service.

What will I be doing?

Not one day is the same as the next in branch life, but here are a few pointers:

• Our success is built on strong relationships with our customers, so it’s essential that you can help deliver the highest standards of service. The key thing is to be helpful and friendly at all times; you will likely get to know our customers on a first-name basis.
• You will be based outside, processing customer orders, loading and unloading customer and company vehicles.
• You will also unload building products from supplier deliveries and accurately book them into the branch warehouse.
• Safety is at the forefront of everything we do. Your aim will be to ensure that our standards never slip, maintaining a tidy and safe working environment.
• Joining this team, you will be placed in a fast-paced environment and will be at the forefront of our business with this customer-facing role. The team is very friendly and experienced. They strive to make sure their service is the best in town.
• We are looking for someone with drive and determination to help this branch succeed, bringing enthusiasm and energy to our yard team.

Additional Details

• This will be a zero-hour contract. However, due to increased demand and busy periods, you may work between 20 to 30 hours a week.
• No weekend work is expected.
