LKQ Corp. in Milton Keynes is hiring a Branch Assistant to join a busy branch. The role blends customer deliveries, warehouse tasks and trade counter support to keep operations running smoothly and deliver on our customer promise.

You will work as part of a close-knit team, handle daily deliveries, stock checks, vehicle checks, and assist with customer queries. A full UK driving licence and a proactive, team-focused attitude are essential.

Formación

• Previous experience in a delivery driving, warehouse, logistics or branch support role.
• A full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• An understanding of safe working practices and Health & Safety.
• Basic IT skills and confidence using handheld devices or warehouse systems.
• A flexible, reliable and team-focused approach.
• Experience within the automotive, retail or logistics sector would be an advantage, as would knowledge of stock control, warehouse operations, vehicle compliance or ePOD technology.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver products safely, accurately and on time while delivering excellent service.
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the business professionally at every opportunity.
• Support Click & Collect customers and assist at the trade counter when needed.
• Help resolve customer queries and contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with goods receiving, stock movements and dispatch activities.
• Maintain stock accuracy through daily stock checks and inventory procedures.
• Support stock takes and ensure products are stored safely and correctly.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and keep company vehicles clean and roadworthy.
• Use delivery technology and handheld devices accurately and effectively.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures and participate in training and audits.
