Job summary

Prestige Nursing & Care is seeking a Registered Branch Nurse to lead nurse-led complex care across Lancashire. You'll train and supervise non-registered staff, coordinate assessments and care plans, and work with MDT professionals to deliver safe, person-centred care.

You'll join a regional team with autonomy, peer support, and opportunities for professional development. The role requires a valid NMC registration, 2 years post-registration, and a full UK driving licence.

As a Registered Branch Nurse, you will be part of a regional team of registered nurses, supporting branches across Lancashire.

Working in partnership with the Senior Management Team and branch-based care coordinators, you will lead the provision of nurse-led complex care in the home setting. You'll support carers, clients and families to identify care needs and ensure our teams have the skills required to deliver safe and effective care. We value joined-up care - you will work closely with case managers, commissioners and healthcare professionals to deliver safe, consistent, and holistic care.

• Salary: From £38,000 to £45,000 (dependent on experience)
• Hours: Full-time (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm)
• Driving Licence: Essential
• Bonus: Performance-based scheme linked to agreed targets

Key responsibilities:

You will provide oversight, training and competencies for clients with a range of complex needs such as:

• Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) & Spinal Cord Injury (SCI)
• Neurological conditions
• Tracheostomy and ventilation management
• Complex needs, gastrostomy, stoma, suction and NP suctioning
• Long-term physical and mental health conditions

What we're looking for:

• NMC Registered Nurse (Adult, Child or Dual)
• Experience coordinating complex care packages
• Carrying out complex care training
• Experience completing complex care sign offs for non-registered staff members.
• Minimum 2 years' post-registration experience in clinical, hospital or community settings
• Strong understanding of clinical risk, safeguarding and governance
• Excellent communication skills with families and professionals
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider team
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
