ARNE is a direct-to-consumer, athleisure apparel brand and retailer based in Birchwood Park near Warrington, UK. We design and develop our products in the UK, manufacture in the near and far east, and ship directly to our customers through our ecommerce store, ARNECLO.com, which is our sole sales channel.

We have ambitious objectives for the next decade, including launching new product categories such as shoes and womenswear, along with creating paid media and CRM activities to amplify our existing product and brand assets.

Reporting to our Senior Merchandiser, you will support the Product team in maximizing sales through effective stock management for our physical retail store and wholesale partners. We seek a driven, enthusiastic individual with an analytical background, experience in branch merchandising, and a passion for Excel. Requirements

• Review weekly sales, stock, and margin data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Present findings in the Monday trade meeting for both our retail store and wholesale partners.
• Create ad hoc analyses and reports to support decision-making within the merchandising team and the wider business.
• Collaborate with store operations to optimize workflows and provide solutions as needed.
• Liaise with logistics to ensure cost-effective and timely stock movement.
• Determine appropriate stock levels by day, week, month, and season across all categories to meet KPIs and take necessary actions.
• Manage stock allocation and replenishment for retail and wholesale channels.
• Provide analysis and insights for end-of-season reviews and lessons learned, supporting the Senior Merchandiser.
• Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to improve departmental efficiency.
• Build strong working relationships across the wider business.

About You

• Experience in Merchandising, such as a Branch Merchandiser or at Junior/Assistant level.
• Experience working in retail stores is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Strong data interpretation and analytical skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
• Effective communication skills across all levels of the business.
• Great problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage your own time effectively.
