Job summary

Timpson is seeking a Branch Manager in Callington to lead our high street service team. You will oversee a range of services, train staff from day one, and ensure excellent customer experiences. The role involves 40 hours over 5 days, with weekend work and potential overtime after training.

Driving is essential as some training may occur away from the branch. We offer a competitive starting salary with scope for growth and an uncapped weekly bonus, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Lack of experience is not an issue; training is provided from day one.
• Retail or hospitality experience is welcomed and valued.
• Strong communication and people skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with key cutting, watch and mobile phone repairs, engravings, shoe repairs, photo processing and more.
• Support a busy service environment as part of Timpson's high street team.
• Participate in training to develop new skills and excel in the role.
• Drive is essential as training could be away from branch.
• Complete an act of kindness for customers or colleagues every day.
