Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• 2+ years’ experience within Estate Agency at Senior Negotiator/Valuer or higher.
• Ability to lead and coach a team and drive KPI performance.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers, suppliers and communities.
• Ability to create and execute business plans for the branch.
• Ability to monitor local competitors and market trends.
• Solid understanding of current estate agency legislation.
• Ability to manage time‑sensitive and high-volume workloads.
• Proven track record delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team.
• Coach the team to achieve KPI’s.
• Monitor and assess individual team performance (one-to-one meetings).
• Encourage team development and progression.
• Generate new and repeat business for the branch.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and buyers.
• Coordinate viewings with buyers to meet their needs.
• Negotiate offers and secure sales.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards across the business.
