Job summary

Howden is seeking an entrepreneurial Branch Manager in the UK to take ownership of a branch’s P&L and lead growth in Personal Lines and/or Commercial Lines insurance.

You will drive new business while delivering outstanding client service through coaching and development of a high performing team.

As a Branch Manager you will be responsible for your own profit & loss, with the freedom to seek out new business opportunities and the support to grow your branch. But it isn't all just bringing in and retaining business, you will also be accountable for the first-rate service that we deliver to our existing clients, through coaching and developing a team, aiming to retain policies and drive loyalty. As such you will have excellent experience and understanding of Personal Lines and/or Commercial

Lines insurance products and services.
