Howden, a leading UK insurer, is recruiting a Branch Manager in Wales. You will be responsible for profit and loss, growing the branch and seeking new business opportunities while delivering excellent client service.

You will coach and develop a team, retain policies, and drive loyalty. A strong focus on Personal Lines and Commercial insurance is expected, with a people-first leadership style.
