Howden is seeking an entrepreneurial Branch Manager in the UK to own the P&L, lead a client-focused team and grow our local business in Personal and/or Commercial Lines. You will coach staff, drive service excellence and pursue new opportunities with the wider support network.

You will work in a hybrid model, balancing branch operations with field collaboration to deliver top-tier service to clients and partners while building a resilient, scalable operation.
