Branch Manager (Automotive)

£40,000 - £45,000 + Progression + Training + Bonus

Are you a Branch Manager from an automotive background or similar, looking for an autonomous position within a fast paced and dynamic depot, with progression opportunities to Operations Manager positions, product training and the autonomy to make your own mark on the company?

Do you want the opportunity to join a vibrant, responsive, customer focused team of highly skilled individuals and be part of the UK's leading supplier of best-in-class OEM and aftermarket parts to the truck and trailer industry?

In this position you will take a lead role in pushing the success of the Avonmouth branch. This will be a hands-on, autonomous position where you will drive KPIs and targets, manage and route drivers, serve customers and train and develop staff. You will be autonomous and able to really put your stamp on this depot.

This company have 19 branches in the UK and supply to countries all over the world. They are highly regarded within the industry and pride themselves on their excellent work and customer base. They are rapidly expanding and looking to continue this growth over the next few years.

This role would suit a Branch Manager with a keen eye for driving sales to hit targets, with experience of effectively managing people.

The Role:

• Be autonomous and take a hands on, active role in pushing the success of this branch, meeting KPIs and targets
• Manage and route drivers
• Serve customers and respond to any technical queries or issues
• Train and mentor staff
• Monday to Friday, 8am-5:30pm. Every other Saturday 8am-12pm, time back in lieuThe Person:
