Working hours are Mon-Fri 7.30am - 5.00pm, Saturdays 8.00am - 12.00pm, but only working 2 in 4 Saturdays.

What will you be doing?

• Developing strong relationships with customers and suppliers to build profitable business growth. Build regular, productive, and focused contact with the Area Sales Rep to drive value for customers.
• Manage the full operation of the branch, ensuring the layout meets safety, storage efficiency, housekeeping, and product accessibility standards.
• Control sales, margin, and overheads to exceed your AOP and deliver top financial performance.
• Promote a Stay Safe culture across the branch, fostering a healthy workplace and colleague wellbeing.
• Lead, motivate, engage, and delegate to empower your team to work together and deliver excellent customer service.
