Job summary

Wolseley UK Limited in Greenford is seeking a Branch Manager to lead, inspire and develop the branch team, while driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships.

You will oversee all branch operations, ensure health and safety compliance, and manage performance, reporting to the wider network. This full-time role offers a competitive salary, 40-hour week, and the chance to advance within the UK's largest plumbing and heating trade specialist.

As a Branch Manager based in our Greenford branch you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading, inspiring and developing the branch team
• Driving sales performance and new business growth
• Delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Overseeing all aspects of branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, health & safety standards and effective people management

This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week.
