• Someone comfortable working across the trade counter, showroom and wider local market.

Branch Manager - Plumbing & Bathrooms

Full‑time, permanent | Monday-Friday with Saturday rota

An established plumbing, heating and bathroom merchant is looking for a commercially driven Branch Manager to lead its East Sussex operation.

Combining a busy trade counter with a bathroom showroom, this is a hands‑on leadership role with genuine ownership of the branch. You'll manage the P&L, lead the team and grow relationships with local plumbers, installers and trade customers.
