Your Role:
Responsible for the overall performance of the branch, leading and motivating sales agents, setting and achieving sales targets, fostering a culture of excellence, and actively involved in listing properties and maintaining client relationships.

What We're Looking For:
Proven managerial experience within the real estate industry, strong leadership and people management skills, excellent customer service experience, resilient, positive, organized, numerate, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills. Estate agency experience is necessary. Must hold a full UK driving license.
