East of England Co-op in Colchester is seeking a proactive Team Manager ready to progress into Branch Management. You will lead a store team focused on delivering exceptional customer service and strengthening community ties.

You will coach and develop staff, uphold standards across operations, and promote a positive team culture that reflects our values. This role offers a clear path to Branch Management within a growing, community-focused co-op.
