Job summary

The Co-operative Food in Cambridge is seeking a Store Manager to lead The Marque store. You will own store performance, manage commercial and community strategies, and develop a high-performing team to deliver a great shopping experience.

This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary of £33,280 and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your local community. You'll also drive staff development, health and safety compliance, and ensure excellent customer service

Take the lead in your own Co-op store as a Store Manager, with full responsibility for making a difference in your community. This full-time role comes with a competitive salary and a brilliant benefits package.
