Responsibilities

• Drive branch performance to meet or exceed sales, profit and service targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade and retail customers.
• Oversee stock control, purchasing and inventory accuracy.
• Manage, motivate and develop a team of staff including sales advisors, warehouse operatives and drivers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and deal with escalated queries or complaints professionally.
• Monitor and analyse branch KPIs, reporting performance to senior management.
• Ensure all operational and health & safety procedures are followed.
• Support marketing and local business development activities.
• Recruit, train, and retain high-performing staff.

Job description

As a Branch Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our branches across Cambridgeshire, including managing staff, achieving sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency.

This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in automotive parts or aftersales, excellent leadership skills, and a commercial mindset.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am – 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays’ 8.30am – 1pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all branch operations, including sales, customer service, warehouse and logistics
