About The Role

As a Branch Manager you will beresponsible for the day-to-day operations of the branch, including managingstaff, achieving sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, andmaintaining operational efficiency.

This role is perfect for someonewith a strong background in automotive parts or aftersales, excellentleadership skills, and a commercial mindset.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday8am-5.30pm and alternate Saturdays' 8.30am-1pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all branch operations, including sales, customer service, warehouse and logistics
• Drive branch performance to meet or exceed sales, profit and service targets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade and retail customers
• Oversee stock control, purchasing and inventory accuracy
• Manage, motivate and develop a team of staff including sales advisors, warehouse operatives and drivers
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction anddeal with escalated queries or complaints professionally
• Monitor and analyse branch KPIs, reportingperformance to senior management
• Ensure all operational and health & safetyprocedures are followed
• Support marketing and local business developmentactivities
• Recruit,train, and retain high-performing staff

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a management or supervisory role in the motor trade
• Strong understanding of automotive parts, operations or aftersales
• Excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills
• Commercial acumen and a results-driven approach
• Good organisational and time-management abilities
• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
• IT literate, with experience using stock and sales systems
• Full UK driving licence
