Job summary

Jobtailor in Birmingham is seeking a Store/Branch Manager to work with the current Branch Manager before taking full responsibility for the store. You will lead a small team, oversee stock management and deliveries, and ensure excellent service to clients and tradesmen. Promote an inclusive culture and empower the team to deliver outstanding customer service.

You will champion Health & Safety, build strong supplier relationships, and drive operational excellence across the branch.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Full UK Driving License.
• Managerial experience.

• Ideally, a background in Building Merchants, DIY, or a related field.
