You’ll oversee daily operations across parts, service, sales, and administration while ensuring top-tier service for existing customers—and cultivating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead branch operations and ensure profitability across departments
• Motivate and manage a team spanning sales, service, parts, and admin
• Deliver outstanding customer service and sales performance
• Represent the business positively in the local agricultural community

• Monitor KPIs and take decisive action to meet business goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of agricultural or horticultural equipment (desirable)
• A proven sales leader who can influence, upsell, and close deals
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Confident decision-maker with a strategic, analytical mindset
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to work under pressure
• IT-literate and confident working with business systems
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Discreet, professional, and self-motivated
