Connells Group’s Abbotts branch in Basildon seeks a Branch Manager to lead the residential sales team, drive growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing team while actively valuing and listing properties and building strong local relationships.

The successful candidate will have proven leadership experience in estate agency, a passion for coaching, a track record of meeting targets, and a confident, communicative approach.

Your Role:

As Branch Manager, you will have full responsibility for the performance and growth of our Basildonresidential sales team. You will lead from the front by motivating, coaching and developing a high-performing team, driving results and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will take an active role in valuing and listing properties, building strong local relationships and embedding a culture of professionalism, progression and success. This is a hands-on leadership role with clear career pathways and long-term opportunities.
