Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or management role within estate agency.
• Strong people leader with coaching and development skills.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Customer-focused, resilient, organised and commercially minded.
• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
• Numerate, detail-focused and results-driven.
• Full UK driving licence.
