Job summary

Rexel UK Ltd in Aberdeen is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the Aberdeen Branch, drive growth, empower the team and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced electrical wholesale environment.

You will develop strategic plans, manage key accounts, monitor performance KPIs, and collaborate with other branches while developing colleagues and supplier partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a strategic and tactical business plan to drive profitable performance and growth targets
• Customer Management: Execute agreed customer plans for selected accounts with quality contact and effective implementation
• Service Excellence: Ensure the branch meets service targets across all segments with exceptional customer experiences
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales, profitability and service KPIs, ensure targets and SOPs health and safety compliance
• Collaboration: Work with other branches, support functions and stakeholders for smooth operation
• Data Utilisation: Use data to create reports for planning, budgeting and performance management
• Team Leadership: Lead, develop and engage branch colleagues to meet targets and foster a positive team
• Supplier Engagement: Collaborate with key suppliers to drive joint customer activities and strengthen partnerships

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Data Utilisation:Use data to create reports for strategic planning, budgeting, and performance management. Provide feedback and insights to branch colleagues and management
• Team Leadership:Lead, develop, and engage branch colleagues to meet performance targets, support career development, and foster a positive team environment
• Supplier Engagement:Collaborate with key suppliers to drive joint customer activities and strengthen partnerships
