Rexel UK Ltd in Beccles is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the Beccles Branch, drive growth, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced electrical wholesale environment.

You will strategize, manage performance, collaborate with suppliers and colleagues, and develop teams to achieve targets while upholding safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a strategic and tactical business plan to drive profitable performance and achieve growth targets.
• Customer Management: Execute agreed customer plans for selected accounts, ensuring quality customer contact and effective implementation.
• Service Excellence: Ensure the branch meets service targets across all business segments, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales, profitability, and service KPIs, ensuring targets and SOPs, health, and safety regulations are met.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other branches, support functions, and stakeholders to support the business operations.
• Data Utilisation: Use data to create reports for planning, budgeting, and performance management; provide insights to branch colleagues.
• Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and engage branch colleagues to meet targets and foster a positive team environment.
• Supplier Engagement: Collaborate with key suppliers to drive joint activities and strengthen partnerships.
