Job summary

UP Building Products is seeking a results-driven Branch Manager to lead a busy trading branch in the South East. You will drive sales, improve gross margin, manage stock and people, and foster strong customer relationships.

You will lead retail and trade-focused teams, oversee stock and yard activities, and ensure the branch operates safely and efficiently while delivering excellent service and commercial performance.
