At Ardonagh Advisory, part of the Ardonagh Group, we are experiencing exciting growth and transformation by integrating our General Insurance (GI) businesses. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Insurance professional to join us as a Insurance Broking Branch Director based in Manchester.

This Branch Director role is a senior leadership position, responsible for the overall management of the branch, including the local P&L, growth strategies, and team leadership. You will set performance standards, motivate your team, and ensure they have the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to succeed.

The primary focus is to provide strong leadership to drive regional strategy, oversee branch operations, and maintain key internal relationships. You will also monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the team to deliver excellent customer outcomes, meeting all Consumer Duty requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Director to achieve financial targets and promote business growth.
  • Manage risk effectively, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met.
