We are offering a 12-month secondment opportunity for a Branch Manager to cover a period of Maternity Leave, starting August 2025, within our Manchester West SEN Branch. You will join a collaborative management team consisting of 2 other managers within the Manchester Secondary and SEN region, reporting into Matt McCabe.

Who We Are: Manchester West SEN
We are a team of 4 (Trainee, Level 3, Level 3 Business Manager), covering SEN schools across the Bolton, Bury, Wigan and Trafford areas of Greater Manchester. The team have shown consistent growth in recent years and are the largest SEN branch within Teaching Personnel (peaking on 460 days this AY), making it a great opportunity for anyone with a growth mindset. We are looking to appoint an individual with a proven record of achieving excellent results, who is keen to excel an already high achieving team.

  • Leading and developing a team of recruitment consultants.
  • Managing your own recruitment desk, matching educators with schools.
  • Driving sales growth through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Building strong relationships with schools and educators.
  • Ensuring exceptional service delivery at all levels.
