Job summary

LKQ is seeking a Branch Assistant for our busy Leighton Buzzard branch. You will support deliveries, warehouse duties and trade counter service, helping us keep the branch running smoothly and maintain an excellent customer experience.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment as part of a close-knit team, with a full UK driving licence preferred. Prior logistics or branch experience is a plus and full training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a delivery driving, warehouse, logistics or branch support role.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of Health & Safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely, accurately and on time.
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the business professionally at every opportunity.
• Support Click & Collect customers and assist at the trade counter when needed.
• Help resolve customer queries and contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders; assist with stock movements and dispatch activities.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and ensure vehicles are roadworthy.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures within the branch and warehouse.
• Attend team briefings and contribute to branch performance.
