Job summary

Nationwide is hiring a Customer Representative for our Dumbarton branch. You will support customers in person, over the phone and online, handling everyday transactions and queries with care and accuracy.

You’ll guide customers toward suitable banking products and digital tools, and collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of service. This permanent, full-time role (35 hours/week, Monday–Saturday) requires a practical, friendly approach and a strong commitment to fair, face-to-face

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is helpful.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using digital services and technology.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the branch and understand their needs to offer trusted help with banking.
• Handle a range of transactions and queries accurately while prioritising security and fairness.
• Guide customers through banking products and services that fit their needs.
• Work with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service, even at peak times.
• Follow processes and escalate concerns to protect customers and Nationwide.
