Job Description:

Harte Recruitment is partnering with a prestigious property firm known for excellence in residential and commercial sales. They are seeking a driven, proactive, and organized Branch Coordinator to join their Leeds branch and support its success.

This role offers an opportunity for someone with a property background looking to move into a more central, office-based position. Knowledge of the property market is advantageous but not essential. The role is admin-focused, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

The Package:

  • £28,000 per annum with discretionary bonus (higher for the right candidate)
  • Office-based, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • 28 days holiday, with flexibility for extra leave, plus additional days over Christmas
  • Free Parking in Leeds

The Branch Coordinator Role:

  • Serve as the central point of contact, ensuring smooth operations across sales and lettings
  • Prepare tenancy agreements, property particulars, and brochures
  • Handle incoming calls and relay messages promptly
  • Assist with scheduling viewings and administrative duties
  • Manage appointments and calendars for the Branch and Lettings Managers
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
  • Maintain office supplies and organization
  • Assist with tenant referencing, renewals, and lease management
  • Perform other office management and administrative tasks as needed

The Person:

  • Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking ability
  • Calm, professional, and approachable under pressure
  • Strong communication skills with clients, contractors, and team members
  • Experience in sales, lettings, or property management is advantageous
  • Knowledge of the property market is beneficial but not essential
