Webuyanycar in Birmingham is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager to lead daily branch operations, drive car purchases, and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational pattern (5 days on, 2 days off) with weekend shifts. The role offers a base salary of £28,200 per year with a strong bonus potential and clear progression opportunities in a rapidly expanding network.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with a strong service mindset.
• Proven ability to meet targets in a sales environment.
• Clear and confident communication, both in person and on the phone.
• Ability to work independently and manage own workload.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and act as main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise diary to secure appointments and targets.
• Conduct car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver high service levels.
• Coordinate with back office and colleagues to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist transport team as needed when not buying cars.
