Job summary

webuyanycar is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager to lead a busy Sunderland branch, drive sales performance and manage vehicle transfers while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will work 42.5 hours weekly on a rotational 5-day on/2-off schedule with weekend work. The role provides a £28,200 base salary (OTE £35,220) plus a fantastic bonus scheme, training, progression opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
• Ability to organize and prioritise own workload.
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required
