Job summary

Webuyanycar is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager in the United Kingdom. The role involves driving sales, managing day-to-day branch operations, and delivering exceptional customer service across a fast-growing car-buying network.

You will handle appraisals, price negotiations, and closing deals while coordinating with back-office teams and supporting the transport department as needed. This is a full-time, on-site position with weekend work and a rotating 5-on/2-off shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience and ensure smooth branch operations.

• Conduct car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver outstanding service.
• Liaise with back-office and colleagues to ensure workflow.
• Assist the transport department when not buying cars.
