Rexel UK is looking for a Branch Assistant to join our Norwich Branch, working Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00.

As a Branch Assistant, you will support the team with customer support, warehouse duties, and serving customers at the trade counter. Your responsibilities include handling phone inquiries about stock, quotes, or orders, and picking & packing customer orders for collection or delivery.

Ideally, you will have experience in an electrical wholesale or trade environment, supporting sales activities while providing excellent customer service.

  • Customer Service: Experience in a customer-facing role, building strong relationships and delivering excellent service for repeat business.
  • Sales Support: Assisting the sales team by ensuring product availability and handling customer inquiries.
  • Communication: Ability to effectively ask questions and share information with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • Stock Management: Experience in retail, trade, or wholesale stock environments, with skills in picking & packing orders and managing stock, including profiling requests and stock adjustments.
