JOB TITLE: Branch Assistant

LOCATION: Leeds

Working hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm

The role of a Branch Assistant:

• Work with the team to provide excellent customer service.
• Help maintain high standards within the trade counter area and warehouse.
• Show a can-do/will-do attitude and be able to work within a small team.
• Assist with health and safety compliance.
• Be competent with multi-drop deliveries.
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager and team to achieve branch performance targets.
• Provide cover in the branch when required.

Our ideal Branch Assistant:

• Have a friendly, welcoming attitude with energy and passion to meet customer needs.
• Be versatile and willing to assist in all aspects of branch operations.
• Must have a full valid driving license. A forklift license is preferable but training will be provided if not.
• Previous experience in a driving role is advantageous.
• Possess good organisational skills and be IT literate.
• Experience in a trade counter environment is preferred but not essential; attitude and drive are key. Full training will be provided.
