Job summary

LKQ Euro Car Parts is hiring a Branch Assistant to support our warehouse and retail counter operations. You will help pick parts, assist customers, and deliver parts as needed, ensuring smooth daily branch activity and adherence to Customer Promise.

The role emphasizes a safety-first culture, strong customer service, and collaboration with the Fleet team to maintain high standards and efficient processes across the branch.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering a safety-first culture with the customer at heart of everything.
• Deliver a balanced performance across key business metrics and KPI measures in line with business goals.
• Ensure the branch is operationally efficient with correct controls and measures to support a customer-first experience.
• Work as a member of the Fleet team with a customer-first attitude.
• Ensure colleagues focus on delivering a safety-first culture at all times.
• Improve returns, credits and warranty processes to enhance customer experience and create frictionless processes at the retail counter.
• Support the retail counter to ensure branch retail standards are best in class for customer experience excellence.
• Deliver a customer-first service through managing pick-to-manifest times and achieving service level agreements.
• Support the branch with deliveries when required to set up for growth with best-in-class service and SLAs.

Whether it be picking the right part first time in our Warehouse, serving our customers on our retail counter, or delivering parts to our customers directly the role of a Branch Assistant is a varied and exciting one. Skills And Experience

• Great communication skills demonstrate the ability to develop customer relationships.
