Job Description

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a specialist high-end, low-volume client who specializes in supercars. They are looking for a Senior Chassis Engineer in Brakes to join their team on a long-term rolling contract basis.

• Brake Discs & Callipers
• Pipes & Hoses
• Cooling Systems (Brake Ducts) - 3D Printed Materials / Prototype to Production Intent
• Brake Performance
• Deliver engineering solutions for VP vehicle, focusing on Pedal box tech specifications
• Pedal box and pedal/booster validation process definition
• Test standard definition for pedal box and pedal/booster
• Disc / Pad / Calliper and integrated Parking Brake
• SAP part structuring / Component engineering part releases

Additional Information

• Develop and specify GD&T data set on CAD models or drawings, considering all inputs from parts suppliers, assembly processes, and dimensional management studies
• Create presentation material for Design Reviews
• Deliver system architecture design using Catia V5/V6
• Maintain and update the section book
• Support interface with styling
